Some weddings feel like a holiday - sunshine, palm trees, champagne in hand, and the kind of joy that’s impossible to fake. That was the vibe at this gorgeous celebration at Collisheen Estate Wedding Venue in Ballito. The love was real, the light was soft, and the celebration? Off the charts.

Collisheen is one of those venues that somehow feels like both a hidden garden and a five-star getaway. From the lush greenery to the open skies, it set the perfect scene for a day full of emotion, laughter, and yes, some pretty epic photos.

The Venue

Tucked away along the Dolphin Coast, Collisheen Estate has that effortless tropical-meets-elegant energy. Tall palms, manicured gardens, and wide open spaces gave us so many backdrops to play with. Whether we were under the trees or dancing into golden hour, every part of this place felt like a dream.

The Ceremony

With birds chirping and the sun casting a golden filter on everything, the couple said their “I do’s” surrounded by loved ones and the calm of nature. The smiles were real, the vows were heartfelt, and I may or may not have teared up behind the camera. (Okay, I totally did.)

The Celebration

Let’s talk about this reception - Collisheen knows how to throw a party. String lights, elegant décor, heartfelt speeches, and plenty of laughs and love shared between the guests. There was a real sense of community, joy, and pure fun that carried the night forward.

Golden hour rolled in and we hit the gardens for some magic. The couple was completely in their element - relaxed, playful, and soaking in the moment. Add in that warm coastal light and a backdrop of tropical greens? Perfection.
