Hey, I'm Jordie!
If you haven't guessed already, I have a passion for capturing love stories through both photo & film.
I am 27 years old and married to my beautiful wife, Jen... and I also love surfing, which you will usually find me doing any time I don't have a camera in hand :)
I have been snapping photos since 2018 but it was in 2021 that Jordie Captures really kicked off and I shot my first wedding. I've been HOOKED since!
I focus mainly on couples, engagements, proposals, and of course, wedding photography & videography.
It is my biggest goal to capture raw emotion in my galleries, so you better be ready to run, dance, jump and laugh until your cheeks hurt during a shoot with me :)
My Approach
Having your photo taken is supposed to be fun, which is why I make it my biggest focus to showcase your natural smile, real laugher, and genuine intimacy with your partner so that you receive a gallery that just feels like YOU!
We're going to be best friends by the time your wedding comes and I'll give you all the guidance you need to feel comfortable during your shoot.

Are you available to travel outside Johannesburg?Definitely! I love capturing love stories in different locations and have experience capturing weddings and engagements all over South Africa. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location.
