How far in advance should we book?
For events and campaigns, at least 2–4 weeks' notice is necessary so we can plan coverage properly. If you're up against a tighter timeline, reach out anyway and we'll create a plan that suits you.
How long does it take to get our photos & videos?
Standard turnaround is 5 business days for a full edited gallery. Rush delivery is available as an add-on if you need content faster.
What rights do I have to use the content?
